MEDICTE is a medical tourism agency that facilitates medical treatments for Canadian patients in Turkey. Our services include:

• Consultation and treatment planning

• Coordination with Turkish healthcare providers

• Travel and accommodation assistance

• Pre and post-treatment support

• Medical record management

We act as an intermediary between patients and healthcare providers. We do not provide medical services directly but facilitate access to accredited medical facilities in Turkey.

MEDICTE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in Turkey. We are not responsible for:

• Medical outcomes or treatment results

• Decisions made by healthcare providers

• Complications or adverse effects of treatments

• Medical malpractice or negligence by healthcare providers

Patients are advised to consult with their Canadian healthcare providers before making decisions about medical treatment abroad.

As a patient, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete medical information

• Following pre and post-treatment instructions

• Making timely payments for services

• Obtaining necessary travel documents and insurance

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

• Informing us of any changes to your medical condition or travel plans

Payment terms vary depending on the treatment and services selected. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to secure your appointment

• Full payment may be required before travel

• Payment methods accepted include credit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed methods

• All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price

Refunds are subject to our refund policy and may vary depending on the circumstances and timing of cancellation.

Cancellation policies vary by treatment and provider. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled treatment may be eligible for a full or partial refund

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before treatment may be subject to cancellation fees

• No-shows or cancellations on the day of treatment are not eligible for refunds

• Refunds for medical services are subject to the policies of the healthcare provider in Turkey

• Travel and accommodation cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective service providers

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MEDICTE or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDICTE shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use

• Medical complications or adverse outcomes

• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions

• Your violation of any rights of another party

• Your failure to comply with medical advice or instructions

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
